Graphic Designer

Brand and print work for a small studio. Portfolio matters more than years.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer in Nottingham. You do not need to arrive knowing everything; you do need to care about the standard of what you hand over, and be willing to ask when something is not clear.

About the role

• Plan and produce campaigns across email, social and the website.
• Write and edit copy that sounds like us rather than like everybody else.
• Brief and work with designers, photographers and freelancers.
• Report on what performed and, more usefully, on why.
• Keep the content calendar honest and the brand consistent across every channel.

What we are looking for

• A portfolio or a couple of campaigns you are happy to talk through.
• The judgement to work unsupervised, and the sense to ask when something is not clear.
• A careful approach to safety and to your own standard of work.
• Willingness to learn the parts of this you have not done before.
• Reliability — the team notices when somebody turns up when they said they would.
