Reservations Agent, Hotel Group

Bookings and changes for a hotel group, 15:00 to 23:00. Stays at staff rate.

An opportunity has come up for a Reservations Agent, Hotel Group based in Remote, UK or Portugal. You would be joining a settled team that has grown steadily, and taking on work that matters to the people we serve — with the time and support to do it properly.

About the role

• Deliver the day-to-day work of the role at our Remote, UK or Portugal site, to the standard the team already works to.
• Keep accurate records and hand over clearly to whoever picks the work up next.
• Work with colleagues across the business rather than in isolation.
• Follow our health, safety and quality procedures.
• Suggest improvements where you can see one — nobody here minds being told.

What we are looking for

• A careful approach to safety and to your own standard of work.
• Willingness to learn the parts of this you have not done before.
• Reliability — the team notices when somebody turns up when they said they would.
• Clear communication with colleagues, and with customers where the role involves them.
