Heat Pump Installer

Air source retrofits on a funded scheme. MCS-registered employer, F-Gas funded after probation.

We are looking for a Heat Pump Installer in Leeds. You do not need to arrive knowing everything; you do need to care about the standard of what you hand over, and be willing to ask when something is not clear.

About the role

• Deliver the day-to-day work of the role at our Leeds site, to the standard the team already works to.
• Keep accurate records and hand over clearly to whoever picks the work up next.
• Work with colleagues across the business rather than in isolation.
• Follow our health, safety and quality procedures.
• Suggest improvements where you can see one — nobody here minds being told.

What we are looking for

• The judgement to work unsupervised, and the sense to ask when something is not clear.
• A careful approach to safety and to your own standard of work.
• Willingness to learn the parts of this you have not done before.
• Reliability — the team notices when somebody turns up when they said they would.
